On-Line Registration for the Teacher Assistant Network

Choose the Session Best for You
The session will be repeated in 5 locations across the state - all from 4:00 - 6:00 with light refreshments. Although network sessions are designed particularly for teacher assistants (TAs), we welcome teachers, administrators and others interested in TAs & instructional teams. Professional Development Credit (PDC) hours and certificates of attendance are available for all participants.

Sessions fill up fast with attendance on a first come-first served basis.

From North of Providence
Take Rte 95 South to Exit 21 - Atwells Ave. Off the exit, continue straight through light at Atwells Ave. & light at Broadway to third light at Washington St. Turn right onto Washington St. (Public Safety Complex on corner) Continue straight through intersection at Dean St. Central Administration Building is brick building on the left across from the RI Glass Co. (You will be facing the rear entry of the building.) Parking is available in the fenced lot on right after Dean St. Park in Lot C.

From South of Providence

Take Rte 10 North/Huntington Expressway. Take the Westminster St. exit towards Olneyville Sq. Turn right onto Westminster St. & continue for 9/10 mile. Turn left onto Winter St. at light (Citizens Bank on corner). Take first right onto Washington St. Continue straight through intersection at Dean St. Central Administration Building is brick building on the left across from the RI Glass Co. (You will be facing the rear entry of the building.) Parking is available in the fenced lot on right after Dean St. Park in Lot C.

Directions To East Bay Collaborative

From North
Take 114 South to Warren. Go to 2nd light (just past Dunkin Donuts & Antiques Mall). Turn left on Market St. Take Market until it T's into Rte 136. Turn left & travel .5 mile. East Bay Collaborative is on right in large building set back from road. Sign for Collaborative is out by road. Property abuts "Schoolhouse Road" on North. If you get to Country Inn on left, you've gone too far.

From South
Travel north on Rte. 136 through Bristol & Warren. East Bay Collaborative is on right in large building set back from road. Sign for Collaborative is out by road. Property abuts "Schoolhouse Road" on North. If you get to Country Inn on left, you've gone too far.

Directions To Northern RI Collaborative

From Southern RI Take Rte 95 North to Rte 295 to Exit 10 (Cumberland, Rte 122). Take right off exit on Mendon Rd/Rte 122 North. Follow for 3/4 mile. Turn left into parking lot for Tuck's Restaurant, House of Clocks & Elizabeth's Salon. Collaborative is mid-way through plaza. Entrance in middle of plaza, next door to Cumberland Employees Credit Union.

From Boston or From Rte 495 Take Rte 95 South to Route 295 to Exit 10 (Cumberland, Rte 122). Then follow directions in italics above.

From Fall River Area Take Rte 195 to Providence to Rte 95 North. Take Rte 95 North to 146 North. Take 146 North to Rte 295 to Exit 10 (Cumberland, Rte 122). Then follow directions in italics above.

Directions To West Bay Collaborative

From the South
Take 95 North to Exits 14/15, Rt 37/Jefferson Blvd. Take Exit 15/Jefferson Blvd. Take right at end of ramp onto Jefferson Blvd. Take left after LaQuinta Inn onto Elm St. Take left onto Walnut St, continuing on Walnut until street forks. Bear left onto Lavan St. Take right on Messenger St. Straight ahead will be 144 Bignall St.

From North via Route 95
Travel south to Exit 15/Jefferson Blvd. Take left at end of ramp onto Jefferson Blvd. Then follow directions in italics above.

From North or South via Rte 295 Take Rte 37 East. Take Exit for 95 North, BUT get off on Exit 15/Jefferson Blvd. Then follow directions in italics above.

Directions To SORICO (under construction & subject to change)

From Rte 95 North
Take Exit 8A on Rte 95 to get on Rte 4. Take 3rd exit - 7A off Rte 4 & get on "new" Rte 403 to Quonset Point/Davisville. ONCE ON 'NEW' RTE 403, DO NOT CONTINUE INTO INDUSTRIAL PARK AS YOU MAY HAVE DONE IN PAST. Instead, take Post Rd. exit ramp off "new" Rte 403. At top of ramp at traffic light, bear right onto Post Rd. south. Continue to next stoplight at Shell Station & Sonoma Grille & turn left onto Camp Avenue. Continue 1.1 miles to SORICO, 646 Camp Ave. on left.

From Rte 95 South
Take Rte 95 South to Exit 9, Rte 4. Then follow directions in italics above.

From the South via Post Road
Follow Post Rd., North Kingstown, Rte 1 north to light at Camp Ave. (Shell Station & Sonoma Grille on right.) This is 5th traffic light from intersection of routes 1 & 4. Turn right onto Camp Ave. Continue 1.1 miles to SORICO, 646 Camp Ave. on left.

From the North via Post Road
Follow Post Rd., North Kingstown, Rte 1 south, past two new entrances to Quonset Point/ Davisville Industrial Park. Continue on Post Road to stop light at Camp Ave. with Shell Station & Grille on left. At light, turn left onto Camp Ave. Continue 1.1 miles to SORICO, 646 Camp Ave. on left.

From East Bay via Newport & Jamestown Bridges
Follow Rte 138 over bridges to second exit, Routes 1 & 4 north. From exit, bear right at first traffic light onto Rte 1 north & follow to 5th traffic light (Shell Station & Sonoma Grille on right.) Turn right onto Camp Ave. Continue 1.1 miles to SORICO, 646 Camp Ave. on left.
